Conflictualities and Mediation Master's alumni meeting

We are pleased to invite you to a special alumni evening, divided into two highlights.

The evening will kick off at 6:00 pm with a lecture on the theme of "war crimes", presented by Matteo Cian and Clémence Lainé (the exact amphitheater will be announced at a later date).

From 7.30pm onwards, a convivial cocktail party will be held, encouraging exchanges between the different Master's classes. The aim of the event is to strengthen ties between alumni and offer valuable advice to new graduates as they embark on their career paths. The cocktail will be held on the second floor of the Palais Universitaire on the Angers campus, in the Traditions room.

This event is exclusively reserved for students and graduates of the Université Catholique de l'Ouest's Master Conflictualités et Médiation.

Matteo Cian

Research team leader and university program manager

Yahad-in Unum

Matteo Cian holds a degree in History with a specialization in Political Science, followed by a Master's degree in Conflictualities and Mediation at UCO. He is currently head of a research team and in charge of university programs at Yahad-in Unum, which works on genocide and mass crimes (particularly their memory).

Clémence Lainé

Stand Speak and Rise Up!

Clémence Lainé holds a bachelor's degree in applied foreign languages (English-Spanish) with a specialization in history, followed by a master's degree in Conflictuality and Mediation at UCO.s et Médiation (Conflictuality and Mediation) at the UCO, followed by a Master's degree in Freedom Law (M2) at the Université Catholique de Lyon. She is currently in charge of projects for the NGO Stand Speak and Rise Up! which denounces rape as a weapon of war.
