An exceptional encounter on the theme of freedom:
"The feeling of being free is essential to human beings. It is a prerequisite for a sense of dignity and the conviction that one's life is one's own. Hence the success of philosophical approaches that advocate that, even in chains, even at the bottom of a dark dungeon, the human being remains free. And yet, social psychology studies reveal the extraordinary dependence we have on those around us, even if we don't know them. And digital technologies, which are set to take on an ever-greater role in our lives with the development of AI, use increasingly powerful strategies to manipulate our behavior, desires and thoughts. Inner freedom is inseparable from that of being informed about what limits it. "
