Making the right decision in any situation: a practical method of discernment

Making the right decision, or the best possible one, in any situation, is a challenge that requires discernment. Humanity, in its various wisdom traditions, has identified universal constants for good decision-making. These laws of discernment enable us to develop small, practical and effective methods of discernment, which can be put to good use in certain contexts. With practice, the method becomes an ethos, a way of life: it should become spontaneous, enabling us to make the best possible choices in any situation, whether professional, family or community...

This webinar, hosted by Florent Leveque, will provide youwith a simple and effective method for making better decisions in both your professional and personal life. You'll also learn how to identify your decision deviators and the intuitions of your conscience, so you can gradually integrate better decision-making reflexes into your daily life, through practical exercises.

Free and open to all Université catholique de l'Ouest graduates, this workshop will take place from 12:45 to 1:45 pm. After a 45-minute presentation, there will be 15 minutes for questions and answers.

Speakers
Florent Leveque
Chaire Ethique et Innovation

Trained as a corporate lawyer, Florent Leveque rounded off his studies with a background in philosophy and theology, giving him a wide range of skills and a strong sense of situational intelligence. Supporting and directing development projects in the associative, media and academic worlds has given him solid experience in strategy, management, communications, finance and fund-raising for individuals, companies and foundations.

In 2024, eager to offer his skills more widely, he launched AKOUO CONSEIL to practice what is close to his heart: supporting committed structures and projects in the emergence of their vision, the definition of their strategy, and the management of their projects, from fundraising to events.

At the Université Catholique de l'Ouest, he heads the Ethics and Innovation Chair, and runs workshops on these themes for students.
