Good and evil: outdated notions or tools for discernment?

The notions of judgment, good and evil seem outdated or dogmatic. Our era has largely rejected them. And yet, they are a permanent fixture on the media scene and in our everyday lives. We spend our time making value judgments about things, situations, actions and even people. How can we revisit such notions and turn them into concrete tools for discernment in our own lives?

In this webinar hosted by Florent Leveque, we'll see that, while we can't characterize an objective good and evil, there do seem to be logics and dynamics specific to these qualifiers: flushing them out in our daily lives enables us torefine our discernment and make better decisions.

Free and open to all Université catholique de l'Ouest graduates, this webinar will be held from 12:45 to 1:45 pm. After a 40-minute presentation, there will be a 20-minute discussion period during which you can ask any questions you may have.
