60 years of excellence in motion: a look back at IFEPSA's anniversary ceremony

On Friday May 16 , 2025, IFEPSA celebrated its 60th anniversary surrounded by its entire community: students and staff, current and former students, partners, ... witnesses and players in its evolution.

The evening was an opportunity to celebrate IFEPSA, while highlighting its community, in order to collectively imagine its future in the pursuit of excellence. Nearly 500 participants gathered at Athlétis in Ponts-de-Cé for this anniversary ceremony, with the exceptional participation of Marie-Amélie Le Fur.

Nine-time Paralympic medalist and President of the French National Sports Agency and the French Paralympic Sports Committee Comité Paralympique Sportif et Français talked about her career and shared her vision of "excellence in motion". Her testimonial, both inspiring and impactful, was particularly appreciated.

Institutional and local partners, key players in the Institute's development, were also on hand to testify to the importance of IFEPSA, which has been an integral part of the Anjou landscape for 60 years.

The ceremony highlighted the career paths and personalities who have left their mark on IFEPSA and embody its quest for excellence. Former employees, former students and members of the Board of Directors were invited to take to the stage to receive the "Excellence in Motion" trophy. IFEPSA wished to thank them, as they have all contributed and continue to contribute to the reputation of the institute, throughtheir professions and career paths.
