Turn your apprenticeship tax into a donation for the UCO
Dear UCO Alumni,
Can you know it? You have real power that can help UCO!
The 2024 Apprenticeship Tax campaign is now open!
The apprenticeship tax is :
- A compulsory tax for your company.
- 13% of this tax can be usefully and beneficially channeled to the establishment of your choice before June 30, 2024, on Soltéa.
That's where you can come in! We're counting on you, former UCO students, to become an ambassador within your company and turn this compulsory tax into a donation for your University!
This support will be extremely valuable for our 13,000 students, your successors, but also for the promotion of our University and its diplomas. By encouraging your company to direct its apprenticeship tax to the UCO, you are enabling new generations to benefit, like you, from quality training that will enable them to grow and flourish in their professional and personal lives!
More concretely, the taxe d'apprentissage (apprenticeship tax) is used to finance a number of projects for the benefit of students: the Handicap grant, the development of work-study programs, training in ethical discernment, the ecological transition of our campuses...
The allocation of this 13% is left entirely up to your company's management. So make an act of conviction and commitment to the UCO by talking to your CEO, CFO or HR Director!
Here's an e-mail you can send them, along with our brochure.
"Dear [Name of your CEO, CFO, HR Director].
I am an Alumni of the Université catholique de l'Ouest, and it is in this capacity that I am writing to you.
The collection of the Taxe d'apprentissage (apprenticeship tax) paid by our company, part of which can be earmarked as a donation to a university, has begun.
I particularly appreciate the projects developed by my former university, especially around the Disability Grant and the development of work-study programs: you can find out more about these projects in the attached brochure.
Although I'm sharing this with you without any interest on my part, I'd be delighted if our company were to join forces and commit itself alongside this University, which is working to train young professionals who are free and responsible!
Don't hesitate to contact Flavie de Marliave, in charge of the Taxe d'apprentissage, by telephone on 02 72 79 64 96 or by email at ta@uco.fr. She'll be happy to answer all your questions!
Many thanks in advance."
We're really counting on your support!
