Cultural Visit: Collection of Scientific Instruments at UCO
Explore the history of modern science and the history of the Catholic University of the West during this exclusive tour dedicated to our alumni. Guided by the enlightened leadership of Georges Le Guillanton, professor emeritus of the university, former research director at CNRS, and UCO alum, come and discover devices dating from the 18th century to the 20th century.
These pieces are kept in reserves not accessible to the public... and very few UCO students have had the chance to consult them!
All graduates of the Catholic University of the West, regardless of their campus or field of study, are welcome with a companion. The number of spots is limited for this tour, so sign up quickly!
Join us on Thursday, January 18th, starting at 12:50 PM at the entrance of the UCO reprography (access on the 15 rue Merlet de Laboulaye). The tour will begin at 1:00 PM and conclude at 1:45 PM.
