The 8th edition of U'Cook Innovation, organized by UCO Bretagne Nord, will be held on Friday March 14, 2025, under the theme "Wild plants & culinary innovations".
UCO Bretagne Nord boasts recognized expertise in the field of food and health, with a training program geared towards the professional sector. It was against this backdrop that the university launched this competition eight years ago, with the aim of promoting innovation in the agri-food and nutrition-health sectors.
Each year, the event brings together players from the academic world, industry and institutions around a constantly evolving theme, with the aim of fostering collective collaboration within the food and nutrition-health sector.
