Catherine advises employees and job applicants on continuing training and courses, covering schemes, regulatory aspects, financing arrangements and more.
She manages France Compétences' applications for registration in national directories.
She is also a member of the group supporting the deployment of the APC (competency-based approach) at universities.
Part-time on this mission since 2018, Marie-Claire acts as coordinator of the VAE process, complementing the other players in the various stages of the VAE process.
She is involved in steering, managing, mediating, advising/assisting, course engineering and relaying projects (methodological guides, teacher-researchers, diploma managers, public university partners).
She is in direct contact with Mélanie for all administrative and financial matters, and with Catherine for all matters relating to continuing education, regulatory and documentary monitoring, and project engineering.
She is a member of the Angevin VAE support network.
Mélanie, who joined us in September 2023, is a VAE assistant. She is in charge of the administrative and financial follow-up of VAE files and the updating of Continuing Education platforms, more specifically the preparation and transmission of documents for candidates and contributors (estimates, support contracts, invoices, files and other documents), financial follow-up, updating of dashboards, creation of UCO codes and administrative registrations.support contracts, invoices, files and other documents), financial follow-up, updating of management charts, creation of UCO codes and administrative registrations, follow-up of applications on the France VAE platform, telephone interviews with candidates, etc.
