De nombreux projets pour les coachs en 2024 !

On December 1, the UCOachs, the association of graduates of the DU professional coaching and support practices , held its Annual General Meeting at the UCO in Angers. The event was an opportunity to take stock of the year's achievements in 2023 and to prepare for future projects.

Achievements 2023: Over the course of the year, the association offered :

• 7 workshops
• 4 conferences with renowned speakers
• circular coaching sessions
• social events

An overhaul of the association's mission, values and identity also took place, fueled by collective intelligence, to better serve UCOachs alumni.

Outlook for 2024: Buoyed by its new identity, the association welcomes a new bureau and a strengthened 9-member Board of Directors. Projects for 2024 include :

• Numerous workshops
• New conferences
• Services dedicated to graduate coaches
• Initiatives to encourage exchanges between alumni coaches, for mutual enrichment.
