Julien Warlouzé is the founder of Jellyfishhh and devotes his daily life to preserving the planet, by professionalizing the collection of litter. At the same time, he is co-founder of the NukaKamma school, which each year trains dozens of young people from Cape Town's townships in the hotel and catering trades.
